This Swiss cheese themed 6 piece set will make the perfect serving board for cheese, or even small charcuterie, at your next party or for a simple night in.
Board and knife handles are molded yellow tinted resin treated with mica powder for an iridescent sheen and drops of UV resin to create the Swiss cheese holes. Board has recessed well for holding cheese block. Knife handles are metallic.
Board approx. 17” x 6” x 1/2”.
Knives approx. 5-1/2” x 2” x 3/4”.
To preserve the life of the board, it is highly recommended that any deep cutting be done on a cutting board and the food be transferred to cheese board for serving.

Although the resin supplier, Resinate, addresses food safety in their FAQs indicating their resins are safe for incidental contact with food, we still highly recommend placing a layer of waxed paper, parchment paper, or similar between the cheese board and any open food.
Resinate also provides information on heat resistance in their FAQs, indicating resistance to dry heat in the temperature range of +110º C (+230º F). Repeated/prolonged exposure to high heat however should be avoided. Proper use will help to ensure your safety and prolong the life of the item.
Finished products have a hardness level of 81 out of 100 and are scratch resistant under normal use and care.
Hand wash with warm water and mild dish detergent. Pat dry or air dry and wipe away any water spots with clean, soft cloth.
Not suitable for oven, microwave, or dishwasher. Store away from any direct heat source.
