I take great pride in crafting each item; however small imperfections in handcrafted items are to be expected.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me at sales@cynfullarts.ca (or reply to the ‘Order Completed’ email you received when the order was shipped, within 3 business days of receiving your package. Include the date of purchase and order number and a full explanation of the issue, including a picture if necessary. I will do my best to make sure you are happy.
Loss or Damage in Transit
In the event of loss or damaged item(s) in transit, Cynfull Arts must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of damaged item(s), or 5 business days after expected delivery date where proof of delivery is not available.
For damaged item(s), please reply to your ‘Order Completed’ email and include clear picture(s) of the item(s) and all packaging where damages are being claimed.
Cynfull Arts, at its discretion, will remake and replace the item(s) free of charge, or refund the total purchase price. The decision of Cynfull Arts will be final.
