This 100% cotton cape is hand designed and sewn and is perfect for chilly evenings/mornings.
Outer layer features cute little lightening bugs print with glow-in-the-dark bums/dotted lines, and is self-closing with 2 buttons. Dark blue inner lining provides 2 pouch pockets, one on each side front, for holding cell phone, money, keys etc.
(Although the fabric has glow-in-the-dark properties, other visibility precautions should be taken at night to ensure the wearer is well seen by motorists.)
