Molded bong shape fob is treated with a dark green glow-in-the-dark powder. Place it in sunlight or another light source and watch it glow. Bong bowl contains light blue bong charm, yellow glitter leaf charm and multi-coloured balls to simulate bubbles all suspended in baby oil. Give the fob a shake and watch the glitters dance around.
